JIMMYZ has played a major role in bringing dance music to mainstream culture in Australia, through his innovative work being a founding member and vice chairman of the legendary WILD FM radio stations (Sydney, Brisbane) in the late 90's which culminated in the sale of well over 1.9 million CD compilations in its day – and according to HMV Music it was their leading selling CD ever.

Having a great a passion for the high road in establishing and innnovating new culture through radio, broadcasting and club music, JimmyZ has enjoyed a career as a both a radio presenter, record company promotions manager, and music director on radio stations all around Australia, being a resident DJ on the Nova Radio Network to helping oversee the successful creation of Australia's first true 24 hour dance television channel 'CLUB [V]' as Programme & Music Director through Foxtel/Austar in 2005.

JIMMYZ has had the privilege of experience working in many aspects of the music industry, including an important position compiling music surveys for a leading chart organisation, working for a dance music label based in Melbourne, conducting nightclub promotions around the country, finally proudly calling Home in sunny South East Queensland.

His charts are a regular feature in Australia's leading music industry magazine The Music Network, as well as being an official ARIA Club Chart contributing DJ, the Global Dance Chart and are looked up frequently by DJ's all around the world on the official 4Play web site: www.4play.net.au .
